Le procédé de calibrage mis au point par SmartRay garantit une précision micrométrique. Les moindres différences au niveau de l’optique ou de l’assemblage sont corrigées et les appareils sont ainsi faciles à remplacer.

Construction robuste

Tous les capteurs laser 3D développent leurs performances à l’intérieur de boîtiers compacts IP65. Les poids plume de la nouvelle série ECCO pèsent moins de 180 grammes et peuvent donc être intégrés dans des machines avec un espace restreint.

Grande simplicité d’utilisation

L’interface utilisateur intuitif de Studio 4 facilite la configuration du capteur, et la visualisation de vos images devient un jeu d’enfant : Un seul clic suffit pour passer d’un profil 3D au nuage de points calibrés. De plus, le kit de démarrage de SmartRay contient le kit SDK complet ainsi que les pilots pour les bibliothèques logicielles courantes.

This is made possible by the new sensor platform with innovative electronic design along with blue laser technology and a tailor-made optics.
